RECIPES

COLOURFUL PEPPER STIRFRY
Yellow pepper, Green pepper, Red pepper, Orange pepper
Onion and garlic
Spices to taste
1 tsp ginger paste
1tsp freshroot turmeric paste
Fry onions and garlic together, add ginger and turmeric paste
Add pepper strips to onions and fry together for a few minutes.
Add spice ( tip : basil pesto is divine!)
Enjoy on its own or on couscous!

OVEN ROASTED BEETROOT SALAD
Beetroot
Feta
Ginger paste
Olive oil
Wash beetroot and bake in 180 degree oven for an hour or until tender.
Remove skin and rub with mixture of olive oil and ginger paste.
Cut in squares and add feta cubes
Add balsamic and olive oil vinaigrette
Serve on its own or on rocket leaves
